 Hey check out the Godin's here at the store. On the left we have the ever popular Grand Concert Multiac nylon with the synth access. And on the right is the A-6 Ultra an incredibly versatile guitar that blends an acoustic undersaddle pick up in the chambered body with a humbucker in the neck position. Like the Multiac the A-6 has multiple outputs so you can send one side to the board and the other to your stage amp. Or use one output and blend the tones on the guitar. Either way it's hard to wrong with these guitars. Stop in and check them out.

 We are getting ready to select some of the local talent to place their CD's here in the store. We have a really cool listening tower that will hold 10 different CD's. The way it works is very similar to Barnes and Nobles where people can put on a set of headphones and select one of the 10 to preview.

Did you know that most of the small travel guitars out there (we call them snack guitars here)can be Nashville tuned to add a nice harmonic layer to your jams or recordings. When I am not on the road using the travel guitar to keep in touch with my music I change it over to my Nashville guitar. Not sure what all that means...? or what strings to use...? Give us a call, we have the right information as well as complete sets for your guitar. It is really cool and a lot of creative juices get stimulated while playing. Bring it to your next jam.

 Next month, April, is a very special month...Miami will be hosting the first REAL guitar show. Newport in Miami is scheduled to start April 11th through April 13th at the Miami Beach Convention Center. This show will show off everything from solo one at a time small shop luthiers to some of the best small factory run builders like Breedlove and others. Glades Guitars will be there with some goodies from the store on the table for viewing and general consumption as well. Aside from all of the wonderful eye candy there will be non-stop performances going on through out the day on the 3 stages. These "mini concerts" are designed to highlight the various builders work through the hands of some of the best pickers and players in the world people like Buster B Jones, Muriel Anderson, Mary Flowers, Chris Proctor...Glades Guitars very own Steve Wildey has been selected to be one of them also...what an honor!
